There are two (2) scenarios for any refund request:\n\t<\/p>\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t<p><b>Before the first course \/ activity:<\/b> no fees will be charged for cancelling a registration if the course \/ activity has not yet started.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t<p><b>After the first course \/ activity:<\/b> fees equivalent to the number of courses \/ activities completed will be retained in addition to a penalty corresponding to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the value of remaining courses \/ activities.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n<\/fieldset>\n<fieldset>\n\t<legend><b>Good to know<\/b>\n\t<\/legend>\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t<p>Taxes and course \/ activity fees are included in the sale price.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t<p>No refund will be granted in case of unjustified absence from a course\/activity.
