Important Information
To allow your child to participate in sports activities, you must complete the corresponding parental authorization form based on their school and sport, only upon invitation from their designated coach.
Important note: Tryouts will take place during the first practices. Due to safety and capacity reasons, each team is limited to a maximum of 20 players.
Procedure:
- Select the form matching your child's school area and sport
- Complete all mandatory fields (marked with a *)
- Submit the form
- You will receive a copy of your authorization by email
