Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How can I access the Cardio CSCDN Room?

The Cardio CSCDN Room is located at the Côte-des-Neiges Sports Centre, 4880 Van Horne Avenue, Montreal. Access is free for residents of Côte-des-Neiges. To access the facility, you must create a customer account and make an online reservation at this address: https://www.lscdndg.org/en/cscdn-cardio-room/. No on-site or telephone reservations are accepted. Users are responsible for making their reservations online.

2. How does the online reservation calendar work?

Reservations can be made up to 28 days in advance from the current date, with the option to schedule recurring bookings, subject to availability. For instance, if you find no availability for 6 PM within the next 28 days, you can wait until the next day to sign up for a popular time slot. There is no need to wait until the beginning of the next month. This limit has been implemented to prevent a small number of users from monopolizing all the slots in advance.

3. How do the time slots work?

The website will only display available slots for real-time booking. The system uses an intuitive color scheme to indicate the availability of each day on the calendar. For fully booked slots, the color of the box changes to light pink, displaying a stop icon and making it non-clickable, indicating that these days are full and not reservable. Additionally, there is a ratio line indicating the number of remaining slots for each available time slot on the calendar.

The recommended strategy for booking a time slot would be to check regularly and sign up as soon as possible, especially for popular slots, to secure your spot. It’s also important to note that slots may become available due to user cancellations or rescheduling.

4. How do I create a customer account to access the Dashboard?
