ONLINE REGISTRATION SCHEDULE — CSCDN

Registration for Fall 2026 pool and gym activities will take place from August 30 to September 6, starting at 9:00 a.m. Course details will be announced soon.

The CDN—NDG Athletics Club aims to promote a passion for athletics among youth aged 12 to 17 in the Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. We offer our athletes the opportunity to acquire essential techniques in various disciplines such as running, jumping and throwing. Beyond technical skills, we encourage the overall development of their physical abilities, including endurance, explosive strength and coordination. Our Club comprises two (2) streams: development and competitive.

1. Development Stream (10–12 years)

Young athletes in the development stream benefit from two (2) training sessions per week. A prior introductory session is recommended. The events offered include sprinting, middle-distance running, long jump, high jump, shot put, relay racing, cross-country, and athletics through games.

2. Competitive Stream (13–17 years)

For youth with a solid foundation in athletics, this stream offers two (2) training sessions per week. The events offered include sprinting, hurdles, middle-distance running, long jump, high jump, shot put, relay racing, and cross-country.

By registering for activities at the CDN—NDG Athletics Club, you acknowledge becoming a member of Athlétisme Québec and Athlétisme Canada. The club will proceed with your membership application to these two organizations. Upon registration, you will soon receive an email invitation to electronically sign the acceptance of terms, and you agree to complete this process promptly.
