The basketball and soccer school leagues of Côte-des-Neiges and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce offer students the opportunity to practice sports in a structured, safe, and stimulating environment. For your child to participate, it is necessary to complete the parental authorization form corresponding to their school and the intended sport.
This form collects essential information for the proper organization of activities: contact details, health status, consent to participate, departure arrangements after practices and games, as well as photo release authorization.
Selection sessions will take place during the first practices. For capacity and safety reasons, each team will be limited to a maximum of 20 players. The specific schedules for each school are included in the Google forms. Please review them carefully. No financial contribution is required. Thank you for your cooperation!
