Our refund policy complies with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. There are two (2) scenarios for any refund request:

1. Before the first course / activity: no fees will be charged for cancelling a registration if the course / activity has not yet started.

2. After the first course / activity: fees equivalent to the number of courses / activities completed will be retained in addition to a penalty corresponding to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the value of remaining courses / activities.

1. Taxes and course / activity fees are included in the sale price.

2. No refund is possible in case of unjustified absence from a course / activity.

3. The discounts offered are canceled in the event of a refund request.

4. Registration fees ($35) for day camps are non-refundable.

5. If we cancel an activity, registrants will be fully refunded without any penalty.

6. If the registration was paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same card.

7. If the registration was paid otherwise, a check will be deposited at the reception of the applicant's sports center.
