For preschoolers (1-5 years old), we offer the “Little Champion” psychomotor program, designed to promote motor and sensory development in a fun and educational way.
For children (6-12 years old) and teenagers (13-17 years old), our range of sports activities includes everything from athletics to soccer, taught by qualified and passionate instructors. Our goal is to create a stimulating and enjoyable environment where children can develop their talents and passion for sports.
Adults (16 years and older) also benefit from a variety of classes, from energetic Bachata to soothing yoga, as well as Pilates workouts and dynamic Zumba classes. Whatever your fitness level or goals, our classes are designed to help you train effectively and fully enjoy each session.

The “Little Champion” program is thoughtfully designed to support your child’s overall development (ages 1 to 5) in a safe, stimulating, and caring environment. Through age‑appropriate games and exercises, children develop their motor skills at their own pace while enjoying movement and exploration.
The program focuses on improving motor skills, coordination, agility, and balance, while also fostering independence and self‑confidence. Each activity is carefully designed to respect the child’s stage of development and to celebrate progress, both big and small.

Artistic Gymnastics: Children explore the fundamentals of artistic gymnastics through adapted floor exercises and apparatus work. This course develops strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while encouraging self‑confidence and body control.

Fitness – General Conditioning
A general fitness class designed for adults, combining cardiovascular exercises, muscle strengthening, and mobility work. The goal is to improve overall physical fitness, increase endurance, tone the body, and promote greater vitality in a motivating and accessible environment.
Bootcamp
A high‑intensity functional training class designed to improve strength, endurance, and agility. The workout alternates cardiovascular exercises, muscle strengthening, and functional movements, adapted to participants’ fitness levels, in a dynamic and stimulating setting.
Abs & Glutes Conditioning
A targeted class focused on strengthening the abdominal muscles, glutes, and lower body. Through specific exercises, participants work on muscle tone, posture, and stability in an effective and progressive session.
Zumba
A dance‑inspired cardiovascular fitness class combining easy‑to‑follow choreography with upbeat music. Zumba improves cardiovascular endurance, helps burn calories, and enhances coordination, while offering a fun and engaging workout.
Zumba Toning

Yoga

Yoga Stretch

Spinning

Cardio Dance
