We offer a range of sports activities tailored to all ages, aimed at enriching the lives of our members. Whether you’re a toddler, an adult, or a senior, our classes provide exciting opportunities to develop your skills, enhance your fitness, and promote overall well-being.

For preschoolers (1-5 years old), we offer the Karibou psychomotor program, designed to promote motor and sensory development in a fun and educational way.

For children (6-12 years old) and teenagers (13-17 years old), our range of sports activities includes everything from athletics to soccer, taught by qualified and passionate instructors. Our goal is to create a stimulating and enjoyable environment where children can develop their talents and passion for sports.

Adults (16 years and older) also benefit from a variety of classes, from energetic Bachata to soothing yoga, as well as Pilates workouts and dynamic Zumba classes. Whatever your fitness level or goals, our classes are designed to help you train effectively and fully enjoy each session.

PRESCHOOL

Cheeky Chicks (12-16 months): A playful and interactive class where toddlers explore their motor skills through age-appropriate games and exercises. They will discover new sensations and begin to develop their coordination.

Bouncing Bunnies (16-20 months): An energetic class for little explorers! They will engage in fun activities that encourage their physical development and build their self-confidence, while discovering new motor skills.

Rascally Raccoons (20-24 months): The rascally raccoons are ready to explore the world! This stimulating class will allow your toddlers to develop their coordination, balance, and agility while having fun. Adapted games and challenges will help them grow in confidence.

Buddy Bears (2-2 ½ years): Welcome to the world of buddy bears! This class is designed for growing children who want to explore new sports activities. They will develop their gross motor skills, coordination, and socialization through dynamic games and entertaining exercises.

Wonder Wolves (2 ½-3 years): The wonder wolves are ready for new challenges! This class encourages children to develop their fine motor skills and agility while fostering their imagination and creativity. Varied activities, stories, and interactive games will help them thrive.

Feisty Foxes (3-4 years): Welcome to the world of feisty foxes! This dynamic class will allow children to develop their coordination, balance, and self-confidence. Age-appropriate sports activities will encourage them to explore new skills and have fun in a group setting.

Energetic Eagles (4-5 years): The energetic eagles are ready to soar high! This stimulating class will help children improve their coordination, strength, and endurance. Through team games and sports activities, they will develop essential motor skills while having fun and making new friends.

CHILDREN

Athletics (Track and field): A dynamic course that introduces children to various track and field disciplines, such as running, long jump and throwing. They’ll develop their speed, coordination and endurance while discovering the pleasure of healthy competition.

Badminton: An exciting course where children learn basic badminton techniques, improve hand-eye coordination and agility. They’ll engage in friendly matches and develop skills that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Basketball: This exciting course introduces children to the world of basketball and teaches dribbling, shooting and passing techniques. They will take part in friendly matches and develop their team spirit, coordination and agility.

Rhythmic gymnastics: Children will explore the beauty and grace of rhythmic gymnastics in this dynamic class. They’ll learn elegant routines incorporating elements of dance, flexibility and coordination with props such as ribbons, hoops and balls. This class fosters creativity, strength and confidence while building a solid foundation of rhythmic gymnastics skills.

Soccer: A course that immerses children in the world of soccer, teaching them dribbling, passing and shooting techniques. They’ll take part in friendly matches, develop their coordination and stamina, and strengthen their team spirit.

Tennis: This dynamic course introduces children to the fundamentals of tennis, such as forehand, backhand and service techniques. They’ll improve their coordination, agility and concentration while playing friendly matches and developing a passion for the sport.

Taekwondo: An exciting course that teaches children the basics of taekwondo, including kicking, blocking and linking techniques. They will develop strength, flexibility and discipline, while learning values such as respect, self-confidence and self-control.

ADULTS

Bachata: Dive into the elegance and sensuality of Bachata in this spellbinding class. Learn basic steps, complex figures and musical interpretation while soaking up the lively atmosphere of Latin music.

Fitness: Take up the fitness challenge with this dynamic class designed to strengthen the body and improve physical condition. With a combination of cardiovascular exercise, muscle strengthening and flexibility, this class will help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Pilates : Discover the balance between strength and flexibility with this Pilates class. By focusing on breathing and movement control, you’ll strengthen your Center and improve your posture, while developing greater body awareness.

Spinning: Saddle up for a challenging adventure with this spinning class. Burn calories, improve your stamina and tone your legs as you pedal to the rhythm of the upbeat music.

Yoga: A yoga class that combines flowing postures, breathing techniques and relaxation to promote balance between body and mind. You’ll develop strength, flexibility and stability while relaxing and refocusing.

Zumba: A dynamic class that blends Latin American dance moves with cardiovascular exercise. You’ll get carried away by the lively music, burn calories and have fun while improving your coordination and fitness.

Zumba Toning: Add a muscle-building dimension to your dance session with this Zumba Toning class. Using light weights, you’ll tone and sculpt your body while having fun to haunting Latin rhythms.
