Karibou is a motor activity program for children aged 1 to 5 accompanied by their parent. Children progress through courses, workshops, and challenges that gradually introduce them to the world of sports and physical activity.
Multi-Sports is a sports activity for children aged 4 to 5 that includes games and techniques from various sports, as well as tactical and social activities, for your child’s overall development.

MULTI-SPORTS is a new class encompassing games and techniques from multiple sports with tactical and social activities for your child’s development.
Karibou is a physical literacy program for children 1 to 5 years old accompanied by a parent. Children go around courses, learn through group tasks and take on challenges that will allow them to gradually develop an interest for sports and physical activities. Each 50-minute class allows them to execute a wide range of movements including throwing, catching, jumping, dancing, rolling and running. Obviously, the primary objective is for them to simply have fun!
