Petit-Chapiteau Camp
Since 2010, we have had the pleasure of welcoming young campers aged 5 to 12 to Petit-Chapiteau camp (formerly known as Simonne-Monet camp). Throughout the camp, children will have the opportunity to explore a variety of sports activities, such as classes, clinics, friendly competitions, games, outings, and special activities. In addition to creating memorable experiences, our summer sports camp will allow children to develop their physical fitness as well as their sportsmanship and teamwork skills.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Start and End Dates of the Camp: The summer sports camp (Petit-Chapiteau) will take place from June 25 to August 9, 2024, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Registration Dates: Registrations (online only) will take place from April 21 to 27, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Here is the address for Petit-Chapiteau Day Camp:For week 1, we will be at Arena Bill-Durnan located at 4988 Vezina Street, and for weeks 2 to 7, we will be at Petit-Chapiteau School, at 4890 Carlton Avenue.

NOTE: The daycare schedule is from 7:30 to 9:00 am (morning) and from 3:30 to 6:00 pm (afternoon), Monday through Friday.

- Please note that the $35 registration fee is non-refundable.
- The camp fees include the camp itself, special outings and activities, transportation, and a t-shirt.

- Parents have the option to choose both morning AND afternoon slots, or only morning OR afternoon.

1. Discounts
- For any registration of 7 weeks, a 10% discount will be applied (applicable to all individuals). This discount can also be combined with one of the other two discounts (either the social discount for low-income families OR the discount for two or more children from the same family).
- For the camp, we offer a family discount (excluding registration fees) for two or more children from the same family: 2nd child: $10 discount / 3rd child and more: $15 discount. For the daycare service, here is the family discount for two or more children from the same family: 2nd child: $5 discount / 3rd child and more: $10 discount.
- We also offer a discount (excluding registration fees) to low-income families or beneficiaries of social assistance: 25% reduction on camp and childcare fees per week. This discount does not apply online, so parents must request it at the center and provide proof (a social assistance voucher plus copies of both parents’ Statement of Remuneration).
- IMPORTANT: It is not possible for a family to simultaneously benefit from the social discount for low-income families and the discount for two or more children from the same family.
2. Refund
Please note that after the start of the camp, any refund request will be calculated as follows: the weeks used will be billed at the normal price without the 10% discount, and only the difference will be refunded.
Example: For a refund request during the second week (without childcare): $630 (including the 10% discount) of which $200 (for the two weeks used), the refund will be $430. Registration fees of $35 and T-shirts of $15 are non-refundable, and if a week has already started, it will be considered used. Only weekly and childcare fees are refundable.
3. Age Group Capacity
5 years*: 10 children / 6 years: 12 children / 7 years: 12 children / 8 years: 15 children / 9 years: 15 children / 10 years: 15 children / 11-12 years: 15 children
IMPORTANT: Children must have turned 5 years old by the first day of the day camp, without exception.
4. Maximum Capacity

Please ensure that your child brings a lunch, two snacks, and all necessary items for an active and sunny day.
For the safety of all campers, certain foods are prohibited in lunch boxes due to severe allergies.
