Course description

Whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your swimming techniques, our Adult Swimming Program is designed for individuals aged 14 and older. Set your own goals and work with certified instructors to learn how to swim, enhance your aquatic skills, and boost your physical fitness.

ADULT 1

You will learn to swim 10 to 15 meters in both front and back positions. You will practice jumping into the water from the pool’s edge and retrieving objects from the bottom at chest height. You will improve your fitness and alternate leg kicks through interval training of 4 x 9 to 12 meters.

ADULT 2

Level up by completing two sets of interval training with 4 x 25 meters of leg kicks in crawl and backstroke. You will learn how to dive and perform breaststroke arm movements with proper breathing technique over a distance of 10 to 15 meters. You will also be able to tread water for 1 to 2 minutes and master the inverted support in shallow water.

ADULT 3

You will master the scissor kick, stop jumps, and compact jumps. You will undergo 300-meter training sessions and sprints of 25 to 50 meters. You will refine your crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke.

PRESCHOOL

For preschool (4-60 months), we have parent-child levels 1 to 3 and preschool levels 1 to 5.

CHILDREN

For children (6-14 years), we have beginner (swimmer 1 to 3), intermediate (swimmer 4 to 6) and advanced (swimmer 7 to 10) levels.
