We offer a variety of aquafitness classes specially designed for individuals aged 16 and older. Whatever your fitness level, our qualified instructors will guide you through sessions that range from gentle and relaxing aqua workouts to more dynamic and invigorating ones. *It is possible to pay for individual drop-in sessions for all our adult fitness classes as long as we have not reached the maximum enrollment for the session.

*Our Aqua Arthritis class takes place in the versatile 17m pool, maintaining a comforting and soothing water temperature of 30°C / 84°F. It’s thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of individuals with reduced mobility and joint issues.
