*It is possible to pay-as-you-go for our adult fitness classes as long as we have not reached the maximum number of registrations for the session. Registration for drop-in activities is only possible at the reception desk before the start of the course.

For teens and adults (15 years and older), we offer these activities: open badminton, fitness, open pickleball, spinning, yoga and zumba.

For seniors (55 and older), we offer these sports activities: fitness training, supervised bodybuilding, table tennis and yoga.
